Reset your account settings and know more about your orders
How do I reset my account password?
In-case your have lost or forgotten your password, go to the login section and enter your username and then click to the Lost Password tap. Enter your username associated with your Papayaa’s account, a link will automatically be sent to your email account. Click on that link and reset your password.
How do I change my username?
Once your login into your Papayaa’s account go to the My Account page and under My Account go to the account details section you can edit your username.
How do I check my order?
To check your order status, login to your Papayaa’s account. Then go to My Account page and under my account your will see Orders tab on the left side tab. When items in your order ship, we will add tracking information to this page. We will also email you when there is a status update to your order.
What are the payment options at Papayaa?
Papayaa accepts all Visa and MasterCard. Currently, we do not accept cash on delivery.
Does Papayaa charge taxes?
All taxes are the part of the prices your see on the site. What you see is what you pay.
