Returns, Refunds & Exchange Clauses
1. Only defected products are eligible for return, can be returned within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. Kindly place a return request within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. Mail your request on email id – email@example.com mentioning the order ID no. and Invoice date and reason for the return.
2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, if you receive any merchandise damaged kindly do not accept the packet and return the product to the representative.
3. If you ordered the product wrongly or mistakenly. No refunds will be initiated by us. Thoroughly check the product images before ordering the product.
4. Papayaa team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
5. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
6. Once your return through the necessary quality checks, we’d be happy to process your refund. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost provided we have stock. In case – stock is not available in the size you ordered we shall refund the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order.
7. Return is not accepted if customer does not like the material or colour of the product, we suggest that the customer should read the product description and have a look at all the pictures before ordering.
8. 10-12% of colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

10. All returns are subject to the discretion of Papayaa.
