What is Papayaa’s Shipping & Delivery Policy?

1. At Papayaa, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. For orders all we charge a flat INR.100/- to INR.200/- shipping fee depending upon the weight of the products.

2. Because each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping/delivery information on the product page for individual shipping times.

3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Shipping products on all working days excluding public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

4. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible, if new location is within the same state.

5. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

Cancellations-

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.

How long will your order take to arrive?

  1. Orders are dispatched within 05 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 08 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in the damaged condition?

1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9999477850 or email us at Hello@papayaa.in immediately mentioning your Order ID.

2. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost provided we have stock. In case stock is not available in the size you ordered we shall refund the amount (see refund policy).

How to cancel the order?

1. Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only. Please call our customer care at 9999477850 or email us at Hello@papayaa.in mentioning your Order ID.

What is Papayaa’s International Shipping Policy?

1. We do ship International to selected countries.

2. Courier charges will be extra on the product value and is calculated on the weight based shipping method. More the number of products more will be the shipping cost based on the weight of the products.

3. While making payment or checking out KINDLY CHOOSE PAYPAL PAYMENT GATEWAY for making product payments.

4. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – ALL PRODUCTS COMES IN – NO EXCHANGE / NO RETURNS POLICY. PLEASE CHECK PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS THOROUGHLY BEFORE ORDERING THE PRODUCT. 

5. Weight of the entire products is calculated/displayed while checking out or making payment. 

6. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information. All the International shipping might take around 10-15 days to reach the package to your doorstop. We would highly appreciate your support and patience on this.
